President & Principal Officer

Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Manages budgets, income/expense reporting, IRS Form 990 filings, and funding coordination.
Secretary & Compliance Officer

Maintains legal records, board minutes, event insurance, and ongoing 501(c)(3) corporate standing.
